Eliminates problems caused by debris, dirt and water. The roll-flex rollers answer many application problems in conveyor systems and as a component in ergonomic transfer or turn tables. The compact roll-flex rollers are suitable for all industries where material or packages need to be smoothly and easily transferred, sorted or turned in any direction. The roll-flex rollers are important building blocks when creating your custom transfer system. The multi-directional roll-flex rollers provide ease of access and maneuverability enabling handling and inspection without unnecessary stretching or strain. The unique roll-flex roller design is based on the use of four free turning barrel shaped rollers mounted in a 90° staggered pattern around the perimeter of a main core wheel, thus allowing a multidirectional roller function. The multidirection roller function is optimized in a paired duplex configuration, but the simplex roller is a practical alternative for light weight applications. • Each individual roller element, as well as the main    core of the 2", 2.36" and the 3.15" diameter rollers    are made of corrosion resistant polyacetal. • The 4.72" diameter roller has a core made out of    zinc, while each roller element is made of either    zinc or polyacetal. The core is equipped with ball    bearings for high load carrying capability,    designed for the handling of very heavy loads such    as steel  plates, etc. The patented roll-flex is the roller of choice because: • the open design allows debris to fall through the roller   eliminating lock-up problems, • they are suitable in wet environments including submersion   applications, • The small barrel axles are all made of stainless    steel. • there is more roller contact surface distributing the load   therefore reducing indentation, • the non marring plastic eliminates product surface    scratching.
