Roller Conveyor is ideally suited for horizontal conveying of items
where transfers, side loading or unloading, or
temporary accumulation is required. Roller conveyors are perfectly
suited for carrying light to medium weight packages
in either temporary or permanent installations.
We
have many varieties of roller conveyors in stock for immediate shipment.
All of our roller conveyors come in various
configurations (straight, curve and spur), but the operating principle
is the same. A round tube (typically steel) is supported
on a shaft (hex or round) by bearings (typically oil sealed). The
shaft is contained within formed or structural punched
frames by either internal springs or retaining pins.
Our
Roller curves are available with tapered rollers for applications
requiring critical product orientation.
